Nikon D90

For years, I have always been yearning for three things;  a high-end cellphone, a laptop and topping my list- a digital single-lens reflex camera (DSLR).
WHO TO BLAME AND THE REAR STORY
Blame my parents. They have always taken pictures of all the members of our family but most dominantly, my sister Christine and Me. Since I was months old I was already exposed to camera. In all my firsts, seconds and almost everything I did. At home, we have tons of boxes where Mama and Papa keeps all of our pictures done from film. There are lots of 'em! I swear! There are even pictures which Mama and Papa haven't developed. LOL. True! :))

When I reached high school, I would bring our family camera inside school even though it is prohibited. Shhh!! Don't tell! Hahaha! In my third year of being a high school student, Mama and Papa granted the request of time- it was to go with the flow and change the film cams to digital cams. From then on, I indulge myself with so many picture takings because as all we know, digital cameras give big savings compared to those film-based cams.

Years after, I reached college and goodness gracious! I knew about the so called DSLR. My heart melted when I saw one in an store! Haba! Haba! I damn wanna have one! Grrr!!! Heelpp!!! >.<

THE POTENTIAL
My friends have been mere witnesses of my capability in taking pictures. Although I only have a point and shoot camera, they always compliment my camera works. I always volunteer when it comes to group picture taking and they don't hesitate. At times, they call me for making me take pictures of different things including themselves posing to the max! Haha! And I'm loving my acts. I just so love photography even before I reached high school.

See my work of art in line with photography in my photoblog flickspeak. It is a blog I made to show my talent and potential in photography which I had since I was a child and brought up until now.

I'LL BE SUPER DUPER HAPPY AFTER A YEAR
As simple as counting of 1 to 5, you can already make my sister smile. Simple! You only have to surprise her a cone of ice cream. For my sister, it takes around an hour- if you take her to her circle of friends, she's so happy in that point. For my mother, I can make her happy in just five seconds. I can kiss her cheeks heartily ~♥. Likewise with my father; I could hug him or say compliments.

Making me happy could only take a few seconds but in making me super duper happy at this point in time, it'll take for years because I have to strive hard in accumulating my savings and perhaps, allowance to gain around Php 40,000.00. Yes! You've read it right! Just 40,000.00 in a looooong span of time. Haha! XD I may laugh writing here but it kinda hurts knowing I have to wait that long to have my very on Nikon D90.

So? Wazzup me writing this article? Hmm.. I don't know- probably someone who's wealthy and has a kind heart might donate one. Bwahhah! That would be awesome! but I'm not expecting so. Anyhow, I'm off to my Grandmother's house. I want to check her out. Wish me luck in my saving :) GOD SPEED!

June 2010 Target Accomplishments

A typical teenager like me would not wonder if he/she has a list of his/her dream stuffs. I have lots of them. I have this big, black notebook which I always carry in my bag wherever I go. A couple of its pages are names of things that I want to do and I want to have in a certain span of time. Below are some of the things I target to do for the month of June 2010. Check it out.

  • HAVE A SUMMER VACATION - I never had a summer vacation in the Months of March, April and May because I was loaded with so many walks and talks. To make it up for myself, I want to have a late summer vacation with my love ones.
  • HAVE A PHOTOSHOOT - After the success I had in organizing the Alice in Wonderland Photoshoot a few weeks ago, I've decided to come up with another one that is cosplaying the Twilight Saga. Yippeee!
  • HELP THE NEEDY - this is something I always have in my monthly list of 'what-to-dos'. I don't have any idea on why I keep on repeating this task but this thing makes me feel really useful and blessed.
  • BLOG ABOUT A PUBLIC PLACE - I want to feature something people know so well. Perhaps a restaurant or a bar will do. I already have on in mind but I'm having a problem on getting pictures of it because I don't have a camera.

There you go, not my top four but one of the six things I want to accomplish within the month of June 2010. GOD SPEED to me, my work and to you reader!

photoNIGHTgraphy

MY PHONE vibrated for long that made me half awake. I didn't mind in moving my arm to grab it so for me not spoil my sleep. Hours later, I was wide awake and before I jumped out of bed, I viewed my cellphone's screen to see who's the culprit in interrupting me in the middle of my good sleep (joking manner). It was a call followed by six messages - the call was from Sinjin and one of the six messages was from him too. In the message from Sinjin said that it was his time to wake me up (a joke sign of revenge) *LOL* Oh well, it was a perfect joke to welcome my day with a smile *laugh* Goodie good morning world!

After taking my breakfast and fixing myself, I prepared my things and then went off to Talisay to finish the things I can for the whole day. When I arrived in the place, I rested and then prepared my school stuff for the upcoming classes this coming Monday (January 11, 2010) from the very long and vacation that started in the early days of December 2009. Yup! Very long indeed!

It was already late in the afternoon where I finished all the preparations. I cannot wait to see the faces of my friends again! After taking my dinner, I watched Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) and Boys Over Flowers  (BOF). I enjoyed it a lot. Yesterday's episode in PBB was really hilarious! I'm not much of a watcher when it comes to PBB and BOF. For PBB, they say that the said reality show seems to be scripted which is the reason I didn't gave a shot in viewing it. For BOF, I have finally accepted that it is a good version of Hana Yuri Dango but Meteor Garden, as for me still is the best human version.

By 12:00 midnight, I felt the itch of taking pictures and so I did. I took the camera and acted as if I'm a professional photographer with an expensive DSLR Camera. My mother went to Basilica del Santo Niño Church (BSN) last morning and brought some Hopia from La Fortuna which I made use as the model to take pictures. Check the crazy pictures I took below:

My mother woke up around 1:00 dawn and her mind was in great wonder on why I was opening one of the packed Hopias she bought where in fact, I don't like Hopias. She saw me taking pictures of the Hopia and I told her that it's a talent being performed at night *LOL* No, I'm just kidding actually. My mother got a bit mad when she saw me taking pictures of her beloved Hopias because she knows very well that don't eat Hopias and I am opening them. *laugh* My mother went back to her bed after reminding me to turn off the lights by the time I'll go to sleep.

Soya Milk is one of my favorite milk. From the name itself-Soya, the milk is made out of pure Soya Beans. It's really delicious. My youngest sister Monic, my eldest sister Christine and I use to finish about three to four bottles of Soya Milk a week. We don't buy the small sized bottles. We frequently buy the 1 liter bottle. I am the one who drinks a lot.

After cleaning the little mess I made on the dinning table, it was the time I remembered that it's my turn to wash the dishes XD I did the chore after resting my hands and arms from the whole picture taking activity.
