Avida Towers Riala

Much has been happening all over the province of Cebu that made huge marks of progress and development. Its plate of opportunity is full yet it continues to crave for more.

Completion of Tower 1 is slated for November 2015 and unit turnover is expected beginning the first quarter of 2016. Meanwhile, Tower 2 is scheduled for completion on July 2016, and will be turned over by the fourth quarter of 2016.

Riala’s second tower will be situated closer to the I.T. Park, allowing residents easier access to commercial and business establishments. True to its form, the architecture infuses the green elements of the development, with bamboo as the main inspiration for the tower design and the retail fronting the main road.  A grand lawn almost half a hectare in size at the upper ground floor, courtyard and private gardens within the podium level will give residents relaxation and meditation, while activity areas which include a shooting court, swimming pools, and jogging trails are provided to meet the residents’ need for an active lifestyle.

To bring the project even closer to the market, special payment terms are being offered to buyers who will reserve units until February 28, 2013.  Avida Towers Riala’s studio, 1BR and 2BR units range from P1.9M to P5.9M. For a stress free buying experience, Avida Towers Riala’s refurbished sales pavilion at Geonzon St., Cebu I.T. Park, is open to customers from 8AM to 5PM daily. 

The project will be managed and maintained by the Ayala Property Management Corporation, assuring residents that the property remains in top shape. Investors may also maximize their units by having Leasing Services by Avida (LSA) handle the renting of units to interested parties.
