Saving the Earth with 35 Pesos

P35.00 = SAVING EARTH

The equation explains well. Yep. You read it right. Don't brush your eyes with your hands there! Just read along =D Ahahha. With all the alarming news regarding the environment, different institutions and organizations make urgent moves to save our dear Mother Earth. With SM, we can contribute help by just buying a bag! Come to think of it, saving the Earth with P35.00. Yes!

Again, you've read it right. Nothing's wrong with this post and neither your eyes. Ha! I wouldn't be surprised if the word 'How' is in your mind while reading this line now. Okay, here we go:

Saving the WORLD with my GREEN Bag = Saving my HOME with P35.00

SM City Cebu, where my dear school is located in is contributing for the betterment of our environment in a way of persuading its customers to use GREEN BAGS.

A fellow: "???"
A fellow: "Now what is it again?"
ME: "Oh, these baggies?"
A fellow: "Yea"
ME: "..... uuhh.. listen..

GREEN Bags
are inexpensive reusable shopping bags used in some countries. These are similar reusable shopping bags and are commonly distributed at the point of sale by supermarkets and other retail outlets. They are intended to be reused repeatedly to replace the use of hundreds of HDPE plastic bags."

So that's it. Using Green bags help save the environment. Purchase one after reading this. Green bags cost less [P35.00 in SM]. I actually have one. I bought three one day and gave the two to my aunt and a good cousin of mine. I get to use it during grocery days, while shopping and LOL yea, sometimes in school. Hahaha!

Buy yourself a Green bag and help the world with no
more than P35.00 -a daily extra money in your pocket.

Just AVERAGE

NORMLA DAY XD

Uhuh. I actually mean that. Normla. Thought that I misspelled the word? HEhehhe. Let me begin in the morning of today's happenings. I slept at 4:00 dawn. Back from 9:00 in the evening, the other day; I watched my cousin's [Marvin] dance rehearsal. Then, I hooked up updating my online accounts followed by my dvd mode. HEehhe. It was already 12:00 when my other cousin, Earvin asked me to teach him some photo editing techniques and so I did. The learning time ended 2:00 dawn. Both of us were hungry so we went out and ate. We then went back at home and brought some bread and beverages.

Okay. back to the 4:00 am dawn. Earvin and I were able to sleep in such time because I after our munching session, we chit-chatted about the so many stuff we've been missing from each other. Ahahha. We talked about our new friends, our college life and the like. Everything was followed by our music mode.

FOUR HOURS LATER...

Yea xD. If you calculate it all, I rested only for four consecutive hours. The truth is, that time, when Earvin and I were still listening to the radio, I wasn't sleepy but I felt that my body was in peril. My body was horribly tired but my mind was still wide awake and unwanting to sleep. I would be surprised if you're not confused because I sometimes, I don't understand myself at all.Ahahha. It's actually kinda funny but this is perhaps a serious thing to think deeper about. But, oh well, I can somehow deal with it the way I want to. I just hope that when I grow older, I won't be having any illness as outcomes of my no-sleeping-manner of my younger days (these days) Hehhe.

I woke up at 8:00 am.

G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra

G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra
Movie Review

It's something like The Forbidden Kingdom in the Modern world. Yea. It's just that the four good guys had counterparts who have so many similarities yet in the negative side. We have the White Ninja who works badly and play as the ulitmate opponent of a bad guy and the Black Ninja. There is also this white-suited woman who sticks to their main mission which includes to kill her counterpart; the other woman who is black.

Whay can I say? Hhmm.. the castings great. The costumes and props go so fantastic. The effects indeed look real and some parts of the film makes your adrenaline go running. Ahahha. I like it. It's like it somehow connects to the movie watchers and make something in them go do this thing fast. On the other hand, the story is kinda common and some scenes are predictable.

Rate? Uhh.. 8/10 will do. Ehehe.

TITLE-less

Title-less

Title-less. Is there such a word? I don't think so, but for what it means- 'something that can't be given a title' that's what I want you readers to understand it. That's one word I can use to perfectly describe my Friday of this week. As usual, so busy but I'm enjoying it. Tired though, it's all cleared up after a some quality time spent with my beloved relatives.

I'm not at home. I've been staying here in Tupas for two days now and I'm quite bored. My main objective in staying here is to break the monotony living up in me for the past few days. I want to cutoff my hobby of staying too long in front of the pc busy doing some online tasks and also to taste some foods I want to eat which are rarely found in Talisay.

FOOD I want to eat found in Tupas:

Taho
Champorado
Manga paired w/ Bagoong
Tuslob Buwa

Rise and Shine!
I slept at a few minutes before 1:00 dawn today but I'm not feeling dizzy. My sleep was badly cutoff by the lousy call of a Taho seller outside this morning. I woke up around 9:00 in the morning because of the call. "Ta---ho!! Tah--ho!" the Taho Seller uttered the words loudly. I was awakened by the oh-so-delicious-'word' I heared. What popped out of my mind was to ignore the call despite the yearning of eating the goodie because I felt so tired that time and my body was still in a moment staying in 'beddie bye dreamland' [lol]. hmf! The second call gave me a hunch that I should get up right away before I miss my chance of buying Taho. What I did? I hurriedly jumped off the bed, pulled by wallet from my violet sling bag , ran as fast as I could down stairs finally and stood quickly before the domicile's door. I didn't wasted a single second. I opened the door and what I saw was a byway full of happy neighbors some who jut woke up and some doing there morning routine. There was the man I've been looking for- the Taho seller, about to make his turn to the right. He's already far from me an after a few seconds, my sight of him was gone.

Gggrrr!! So quick!
Hayst! The man was so quick! I mean, haven't he thought of his costumers; waking up in the morning just to buy his product? He should have considered his speed in treading paces! It's morning! Duh! His burning daylight! He should walked not to fast because he has to consider his costumers who are kids! [ehem, like me? nyahha! :P no ^_^] Gggrr! I'm not mad, I'm just expressing my feeling of why I reprimanded my feeling of buying Taho when I could even buy one or two after a few hours. ahahahha! It doesn't matter right now though, I have eaten lots of 'em! Wweee!

I didn't went back to bed but instead I took a bath, eat my meal and directly went to a store in Colon. My Uncle Noel and I bought some dvd movies and fetched some goodies from the market. I watched four dvd movies continuously for today while laying down on the foam; munching all the goodies with some of my close relatives. EHehhe. After the 6-hour movie-vieiwing, I went to the church to practice and choreograph children for their mass song interpretations. After that, I went back home and played with Francis. He's the baby I've been telling you in my previous blogpost. After about an hour, I helped Earvin with his attire for his acquaintance party which is having a theme in line with fantasy.

Done with my dinner, I hooked up with the computer and began encoding the happenings that took place the past few hours ago. I'll be checking my mail and update my twitter later on after uploading some videos in my youtube channel. That's it for now ^_^ Thanks for skimming!

QUICK REVIEW

SO YEA, here are some lines that I hope will give you some quick updates and review of some of the latest happenings of today. Leave some notions via comment.

Havaianas
SM City Cebu, Northwing was occupied by the Havaianas family for three consecutive days with their promo "Make your own Havaianas". It's main goal was to allow the costumers purchase slippers of their own choice in terms of design, color and shape. Many participated the activity and it all ended in success.

LEMON CONCERT
Jed Madela's Concert was a total disaster for his concert director. It's mainly because the price of the tickets were too expensive; making less number of audience that made Jed's director to bring down the ticket's price by about 28-29%. Adding the bad thing, Jed's parent's where late and there were many seats in the front row which were blank. What can we say? The show must go on -and so it did. Despite the unexpected happenings, Jed's concert was terrific and indeed world-class [which explains the price of the ticket].

MISS UNIVERSE

Filipinos are eager to see the country's representative wearing the glimmering crown. As noted in the latest news disseminated by the media, there's a big possibility that Ms. Philipppines will bag home the luxurious prizes of the contest winner. Who do you think will win?

Francis

the ADORABLE child

Okay. Let me get this straight. Ahahha! Francis is a 11 month old child who's an offspring of our neighbor in Tupas. And honestly speaking, he is the most handsome, cute, cuddly and adorable child ever that I have seen and held with my very own hands so far!

Francis playing with his toy

Francis drooling :))

Francis after crying
the guy at the back is his brother holding him

Francis Bacus is his name and he's awesome! Here are a few videos of him and it's so happened that he made a sound just so stupidly CUTE! gRR! I wanna bite him. Bwahhah! -but I won't :P

Oh yeah, just a note, my sister and I act and
sound unusual when we deal in other things and
this is one of those 'things'. ahhaha!

My sister Christine and Francis

Frankly speaking, I go crazy with this kid. He's just so cute. But I admit, I sometimes get bored with him especially when he sleeps XD because it just mean that he won't be moving like he does when he's awake. ahahah! Anyhow, what I like the most with this child is his chubby body and cute visage. Hehehe! He can't talk for now but he, rarely, makes sounds that is so GOD! CUTE! I don't really know how to express it but this child really get's into my 'mom' side :)) Do you get it? Hahaha!

Just can't get enough with this music video. It's so on with the latest fashion style and the taste of music I want to listen all the time; making me dance when it's being played.

I actually found this video in youtube while searching for Sandara Park video clips for returning here in the Philippines.

Dizzy Day

Not the average day
:::a continuation of my blogpost yesterday:::
so why am I saying it's not an average day?

HANG OVER?

Nope. I actually don't drink or do I? Ahahah! It's not my average day today because I just came home late and I feel so dizzy unlike the other nights and dawns, I don't feel any illness in me due to less sleeping. ehehhe. SO the story of today is very much related to yesterday because the whole day affected what I did yesterday. I reqally feel so dizzy but not that tired.

I got home 2:00 dawn. When I arrived, my cousins and I went out and ate some Puto og Sikwate. After a few minutes of eating and chit-chatting, we went back home in Tupas and watched a dvd film [may ampay] :P It was already around 3:40 when we finished viewing Kill Bill and so we rested the television and turned the radio on. It's actually not pure-fm-station-listening. It was listening to songs from my Uncle's Ipod Nano. We then all fell asleep.

"Yeyeh! Kaon na."those where the words that awaken me up uttered by my Aunt Mary Ann. I woke up knowing I only had four hours of sleep. It was already 8:00 am. It was kinda funny because last night Marvin, Earvin (Marvin's brother), Ate Christine, Stephen and I fell asleep in the living room, leaving the radio on and in the morning it was only me left sleeping on the couch with a position; about to fall down. Bwahhaha! " I slowly stood straight and feeling super dizzy. I did a few crunches and went down stairs. I took my breakfast and a bath. My grandmother, Lola Ason attended mass with me at San Nicholas Parish Church at 10:00 am. By the time we arrive back at home, a phone call for me was made and it was my sister-Ate Christine. Ate was already in C. Padilla [where my other sister-Michelle lives with our other relatives] "Yeyeh! Ari na sa C. Padilla, ikaw nalang gi huwat" wenks! I almost forgot! It's the birthday of my grandmother Lola Coring! I quickly took my sling bag with a box of chocolates I bought a day ago which will serve as my gift to Lola Coring and went off to C. Padilla after I bade goodbyes to my relatives there in Tupas. I hurridly commuted.

Noon time came when the celebration began and in the right timing, I too just arrived in the moment. nyahaha!! I just popped in the scene during the eating part. lol. Just kidding. The party begain by the time I came in the house. We started with a prayer for everyone, the food, and of course for our dear birthday celebrant who is Lola Coring. Lola made a few secret wishes and then blew away the little flame of the tow candles placed on her chocolate cake. We sang her the birthday song and began the best part of all parties!!! EATING TIME!! AHAHHA!! I really like that part XD. We did a few socializing stuff; talk.talk.talk. eheheh. After a few hours, I left the people there; my parents, sisters, aunts and uncles in my mother's side and rode myself back to Tupas. SO tiring and I'm happy to say when I arrived there, I was able to rest for a while. I watched another dvd film and didn't noticed like last night that I fel asleep. Ahahha! But this time, it's actually not a sleep, it's a nap. I only rested in bed for about 15 minutes and it didn't drove away the centrifugal motion I feel inside my head. Really dizzy. A few moments later when I woke up I made a walk outside the house and visited a few friends in the place talked and ate with them.

It was 7:00 pm -when I rode myself home to Talisay. There is a really big need for me to do so despite the feeling I'm in because I still have classes the next day in the morning. I took my dinner with my family at Talisay at about 8:30 right then and there when I arrived followed by music-listening. EHehhe. and like the other times, I fell asleep :))

Zecrets

THE ZECRET BAR

As I have cited in my previous blog, tonight will be another time of going home late. Well, it's nothing different than the other days, however, with the usual nights, its always only with Sam, Anthony, Jennylle, Shahanah and Jhaja but this night's population of the party venue will grow in number :)) It's Anthony's birthday! Yehey! We're so happy to celebrate his 23 years of existence here on Earth. It's already pass 12:00 midnight and I have just arrived from the party which have not yet ended and it's so ironic because I'm using the future tense of verbs on the first few lines above of this paragraph when in fact the event has just happened. AHahha! We [Shan, Jen & Sam] met up in school for our class which should begin at 4:00 and were so happy to hear the words "We won't be having classes" form Sir Raymunds mouth. Since Anthony's birthday celebration is planned to begin at 7:00, the whole gang killed the remaing time roaming around SM. We talked over many things while walking. We also shopped and ate at Chow King and KFC. The time was exaclty 6:00 when we felt bored so we rode a taxi and went to IT Park which is the said place for Ant's [Anthony] birthday celebration. Our boredom was blown away because of the nice views. We all went to the comfort room since Ant and his other accompanies haven't arrived. For us girls, Shan, Jen and I, we did our part (duh! make-up churva. lol.) while Sam waited for us outside for about... 15-20 minutes.Nyahahha!! (Sorry about that Sam ^__^ Muah!)

the entire crew

After eating the first pizza :))

Left to right: Jen and Shan making a pose by the Koi Pond outside Da Vinci's Pizza IT Park Branch

Left to right: Marcella and Jhaja enjoying the food

see something different? It's Jhaja's new hairdo!

Anthony's sister, Cindy, who is a model already arrived with a male companion. We waited for a few minutes and so as expected, Anthony arrived with her girlfriend and two other friends. We ordered five different pizzas! It was as if we had a Taste Testing whether the pizza tastes good or the other way around.. Ahahha! We as well ordered four beverages specifically softdrinks; 2 large bottles of Coke and 2 large bottles of Sprite. Jhaja with her girlfriend Marcella arrived after an hour and a few minutes.

Here is a short video clip I took while waiting for Jhaja and Marcella to arrive. We're done eating in this time :)) [oh dear! so full]

The celebration at the Da Vinci's Pizza IT Park Branck ended after Marcella and Jhaja finished their food. We then went to Mango- The Secret Bar. It was my first time there and to evaluate their over-all service? Uhh.. 8/10. I say, nothing can beat the quality of LOFT Bar provides. Ahahah! Okay// the gang drunk a few bottles of beer.. uuhm about 13-15 bottles. But take me out of the list. I didn't drink or did I? Ahahha! I honestly drink but just a few number of gulps :)) We danced, talked a lot, made so many jokes, took so many pictures and many more. It was really fun.
Sam and I

inside the comfort room :))

A scenery at the Secret Bar

The clock stroked to 12:00 but it wasn't time to go home on the contrary, I did. Bwahhaha! I hitched riding the car of Cindy's friend (her company when we came back at Da Vinci's after making Sam wait for a long time. lolx) They all insisted that I should not go home so early but I have to because tomorrow is my grandmother's birthday and I have so many work to do and once of which is to update this blog of mine. Ahahhehe! Going back, some of Anthony's friends went home same time with me. Anthony and the remaining accompanies went to Loft. Hayst! But I don't regret going home though ^_^ I'm happy. The next thing that happened is that I went to my room in Tupas, changed my attire and direcly turned the computer on. I checked my online mails and accounts; updated my twitter and did this blog. After this, I'll be buying five burgers XD I always treat my cousins almost everythime I sleep here Tupas. EHhhe. Then we'll all be wathcing dvds. Next up- sleep ^__^ Goodie goodie night fellahs! I hope you enjoyed my story of today.

Remember always that in my blogposts, it'll be always incomplete when it comes to videos and pictures. Link to my online accounts and you'll be able to view 'em all.

OMG! As in Oh My Gooduls! Sandara Park has returned from Korea here in the Philippines last August 13,2009! Since it is already summer in Korea, Sandara's producers gave her a few months of vacation from work and so she decided to come back to the Philippines where she started her career.

I'll be home too late for tomorrow August 15,2009 for on that day, my close friend Anthony will be celebrating his birthday which was on August 12 with his friends [I'm happy to be one or 'em not because of the treat, but because of his goodness] Naks! Bwahahha! BELATED HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANT! LOVE LOTS!

SM City Cebu's 3-day Sale is awesome! I just brought home new shirts, some chocolates and a few goodies for my sister. SM offers 20% to 75% discounts to most of their products! From skirts to jeans, from accessories to food, to free shows and exhibits. The August 14-16 sale will surely bring SM with lots of costumers :))

ALL the NET CONNECTIONS [from PLDT to GLOBE to SMART and all] will be so slow until August 17,2009. There is this connection underwater that plays a big role for interchange of signals and net connections that is broken down. The boat that carries the experts to fix the problem are on their way to the seas. It takes them 3 days to go to the place which explains why the net connections will be back this Monday.

Shahana's Place

HOME Trip

Well. How do I begin? Uhh.. My day worked out just fine. Busy. as usual. and uumm.. after our Hardware Servicing Class, the gang had no trips/event to attend so we decided to go to Shahanah's place and so we did. Jennyle and Jaja were not able to come for some personal purposes but it was okay with everyone. It was already 7:00 when we arrived at Shan's house. We ate lots of goodies while watching Terminator Salvation. After which, we talked and talked until we realized we haven't taken our dinner. Oh boy! Shan's mom was just on time! Ahhaha! Mommie, [Shan's Mom] just arrived from the Mall and brought home delicious food and GOD! We have to wait because she has to cook everything up! Bwahaha! I'm used to it anyway :)) So Shan, Sam and I continued chatting and watched another dvd film. I won't speak about the title :P A few minutes later Mommie served the dishes and as usual, we all ended up with stomachs aching because of eating a lot. Mommie cooks super-duper good! SO good that you would eat more even though you're already full! Nyahhah! Remain seated on our places, we continued our chit-chat with Mommie about the beauty of Japan and reasons why we should go there.

The clock stroke to 10:00 pm and were done
eating and viewing some dvd films. It reminded Sam
and I that we have to go home.

I was kinda hesitant to go home and so I didn't :P AHahha! I was suppose to sleep at Shan's place but I thought of sleeping at San Nicholas [house in the City]. I got home at 11:00 pm after hitching Sam's tricycle ride. I rode myself home via jeepney after that. As always, my favorite and closest cousin, Marvin a.k.a. Matins was still awake likewise with my sister Ate Christine and my other relatives. I treated them hamburgers.Matins volunteered to pay for the beverage. We watched The Prestige [which is twice already in my part]. It was already dawn we we felt sleepy and that is actually normal for us. AHahha! Parties never stop at our grandma's domicile. It is there were you can find non-stop fun and round the clock entertainment. We cleaned up everything and took our sleep. The day ended up quite dizzy but I took in my Ferous Sulfate [vitamins for Anemic people] and it kinda stopped the centrifugal sight and feeling.

JED MADELA : the VOICE CONCERT

JED MADELA : the VOICE CONCERT

THE LONG WAIT if finally over for us Jed Madela Fanatics! Before he'll be making history in the world of music, he'll be at eh Pino Restaurant for a presscon this coming Friday. The international singer's first major concert will be held at the Pacific Grand Ballroom at the Waterfront Hotel in Lahug this coming 15th of August.

JED MADELA is a very awesome singer. I've heared him singing live at Santo Niño Cebu for the 'Huniño' event which is a song writing and performance competition held yearly. His voice indeed is world class [ahaha! that's why he won the World Championship! xD]. Though he doesn't have any original song written and / or performed, likewise with MYMP where they just keep on reviving songs, when it comes to voice quality, I tell you! He's top of the list!

Jed Madela's voice will melt you away! It is just perfect! Once you hear him singing live, he'll take your breathe away!

I actually had lots of videos and pictures of him singing at the 'Huniño' event but I don't think I have the right to upload such. I don't want to be in trouble :P Anyhow, you could probably view some a youtube (for those uploaders who are brave enough to act against the law) ahahha. Below are some of his performances. I know you'll like it :))

IMPOSSIBLE DREAM

THE PAST

OH HOLY NIGHT

ENJOYED? Well, that's nothing compared to his LIVE performances- I tell you! Ahahha! You'll be asking for more once you hear him singing at his best! Expect Jed Madela to define the real meaning of 'perfect' concert performance in his concert! Don't miss it!

Cosplay

COSPLAY MANIA
WWaaahhh!! I can't wait for my good friend Wilca to call me ahead of December month. She swore to be that she'll be calling me ahead of time before Cosplay Event here in Cebu will take place. We have long planned to watch and to take lots of pictures during the event and Oh Boy! I just can't wait for that time to come.

COSPLAY is a type of performance art whose participants outfit themselves with costumes and accessories representing a specific character. They act they way their ‘imitated’ characters do; as if they are the real ones. Cosplay is short for “Costume roleplay”.

THE TRUTH? I honestly want to be one of the participants in the up coming cosplay. The character? Uhh.. probably.. I have no idea yet :)) Okay okay.. here are some awesome Cosplays
I'm actually looking forward to telephone her if I could find time looking for her landline number since I lost my phonebook a few months ago. Ehehhe
Obviously, Cosplay creates great changes in you if you participate in such event. It costs a luxury! But nevertheless, the praises, prizes, tokens, experience and compliments are priceless.
Aint stunning for yah? Well, you'll be loaded with appreciations and compliments when you see them in person or see numerous pictures of Cosplay outside the country!
